Abstract

Currently, digital transformation is rapidly developing and becoming the mainstream wave across all industries, especially in higher education. This research assesses the impact of digital transformation on the quality of communication at Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade. Therefore, the research aims to clarify the factors affecting communication quality at higher education institutions, such as digital capacity, digital platforms, technology infrastructure, digital policy, and digital culture. The study uses a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative research. Data were collected through an online survey questionnaire, with a total of 1045 questionnaires collected (of which 1000 were recorded as valid), and the valid questionnaires were analyzed using the SPSS 20.0 statistical tool. The results of linear regression analysis showed that all five survey factors had a positive impact on communication quality, in which the factor "Digital Competence" recorded the strongest impact with a Beta coefficient of 0.737.
