Bài báo trình bày quá trình thiết kế và triển khai một hệ thống điều khiển năng lượng mặt trời tích hợp thuật toán theo dõi điểm công suất cực đại MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking), sử dụng phương pháp điện dẫn gia tăng INC (Incremental Conductance). Hệ thống bao gồm phần cứng sử dụng vi điều khiển Arduino, cảm biến dòng ACS712, mạch điều khiển MOSFET và màn hình LCD, cùng phần mềm mô phỏng trên MATLAB/Simulink. Mô hình được đánh giá trong ba điều kiện bức xạ ánh sáng và tải điện khác nhau nhằm kiểm chứng khả năng thích nghi và ổn định của hệ thống. Kết quả mô phỏng và thực nghiệm cho thấy hệ thống phản ứng nhanh trước các biến động môi trường; trong thử nghiệm với tấm pin định mức 50 W, công suất đầu ra đo được đạt 19,45-20,66 W ở điều kiện chiếu sáng khảo sát, minh chứng cho khả năng ứng dụng thực tiễn của thuật toán INC. Ngoài ra, thuật toán INC thể hiện ưu thế vượt trội so với các phương pháp MPPT truyền thống như P&O (Perturb and Observe) trong việc giảm dao động công suất, thời gian hội tụ nhanh hơn và nâng cao độ chính xác khi xác định điểm MPP phù hợp cho các ứng dụng năng lượng tái tạo quy mô nhỏ.
