Abstract

This research reviews the role of digital human capital in the development of agricultural cooperatives and proposes implications for Vietnam. By synthesizing existing literature, it highlights the contributions of digital skills and competencies to improving efficiency, governance, innovation, and market integration, while identifying key barriers such as limited digital literacy, infrastructure gaps, and financial constraints. Based on these findings and Vietnam’s current context, the study suggests policy directions to strengthen digital human capital as a core driver of cooperative modernization and sustainable development in the digital era.
