Digital transformation is profoundly reshaping societies and industries through the application of digital technologies. In this context, supply chain collaboration enabled by digital transformation is no longer optional but has become a strategic necessity for building more flexible, resilient, and sustainable supply chains amid persistent economic challenges and risks. This issue is particularly important for the Vietnamese textile and garment supply chain, which continues to occupy a low value-added position in the global value chain and therefore requires stronger and more sustainable collaboration among supply chain participants. Addressing this challenge requires practical solutions enabled by digital technologies. Accordingly, this study aims to provide a broader assessment of the current state of collaboration in the Vietnamese textile and garment supply chain and to propose practical digital transformation-based solutions for strengthening collaboration and supporting the sustainable development of the industry.
