Tóm tắt

In the context of rapid digital transformation in vocational education, improving the quality of enterprise accounting training has become an urgent requirement. This study aims to identify and measure the factors associated with students' satisfaction with the quality of enterprise accounting education at the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, College of Foreign Economic Relations, thereby proposing solutions to enhance training quality. A quantitative research approach was employed with 355 valid survey responses. The data were analyzed using SPSS through reliability testing with Cronbach's alpha, exploratory principal component analysis, and multiple linear regression. The results indicate that the research model explains 88.3% of the variance in the dependent variable “student satisfaction.” The adjusted R² is 0.882. Among the factors, three variables show positive and statistically significant associations: curriculum quality (Beta = 0.412), support services (Beta = 0.362), and lecturer quality (Beta = 0.188). Based on these findings, the study proposes key solutions to improve the quality of enterprise accounting education. Infrastructure was not statistically significant after adjustment for the other predictors (Beta = 0.022; p = 0.551).
