Tóm tắt

This research focuses on analyzing the mutual relationship between the development of circular economy in agriculture and the goal of sustainable multidimensional poverty reduction in Son La province. The study employs several methods: document collection, processing, analysis, and synthesis; fieldwork; and expert consultation. The results indicate that the initial formation and application of circular economy models not only optimize resources but also serve as a direct lever to improve income and living conditions for the residents of Son La province. Based on the practical implementation in Son La, the research proposes a comprehensive system of solutions, including: Digitalizing the circular loop (smart agriculture); Building circular economy clusters (to break fragmentation); Leveraging green credit and index-based insurance; and Enhancing the “Son La Circular Brand”. Furthermore, Son La province needs to refine its policy mechanisms to promote a circular economy tailored to the province's specific characteristics, accelerate the application of science and technology, and increase community awareness and participation. This provides an important scientific basis for building a sustainable poverty reduction roadmap for ethnic minority communities in Son La in the new period.
