Abstract

In the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the rapid advancement of digital technologies, digital transformation has emerged as an inevitable trajectory for firms seeking to enhance their competitive capabilities and managerial efficiency. Among various functional domains, corporate financial management is particularly susceptible to profound changes driven by the adoption of digital technologies. This study aims to examine the role of digital transformation in improving the effectiveness of corporate financial management within the contemporary business environment. The research employs a qualitative approach, drawing upon a comprehensive literature review and a critical synthesis of prior studies related to digital transformation, financial management, and technological applications in business organizations. The findings indicate that the integration of technologies such as enterprise resource planning systems, artificial intelligence (AI), big data analytics, and blockchain can significantly enhance financial transparency, optimize cash flow management, support financial decision-making processes, and reduce administrative costs. Nevertheless, the implementation of digital transformation in financial management is not without challenges, including substantial technological investment costs, constraints in human resource capabilities, and data security risks. Based on these insights, the study proposes several managerial implications to assist firms in effectively executing digital transformation initiatives within their financial management practices.
